FOODNET is under the administration of the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA - Uganda) and the programme activities are funded by consortia of donors including, USAID (ACDI-VOCA), GOU (NAADS, MAAIF). Other organisations that have supported FOODNET include CTA, RELMA
